We’re a unique guided meditation and mindfulness studio dedicated to guiding others to reach their fullest potential by making mindfulness and meditation available to everyone. We practice vipassana meditation which is grounded in the breath. The benefits of meditation can lead to reduced anxiety, depression, blood pressure and overall increased calmness.
Group, individual and live-on-line sessions are available. We also offer individual life coach services focused on helping women learn how to take exceptional care of themselves without feeling selfish. Applying balance to their lives in order to take care of others in their lives with more energy, less resentment and overwhelm.
